Why Me?

I bring a unique blend of science, psychology, and personal transformation to my coaching. With over 20 years as a physics teacher, my career began by exploring the mysteries of the outer universe—but over time, my focus shifted inward. My journey of self-discovery led me to study life coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and hypnotherapy, uncovering the deep connections between the mind, behavior, and personal growth.

Alongside my work as a Physics teacher and CAS Coordinator in the IB Diploma Program, I help people align their goals and actions with their values—a principle that is vital for adults navigating life’s transitions.

With a scientific mindset and a heart for transformation, I integrate evidence-based techniques with intuitive coaching to help you break through limitations, rewire subconscious patterns, and step fully into your potential.
